makes revered and legendary dragons start spawning at lower levels

requirements: dawnguard
currently new types of dragons spawn every 9 levels up till ancient dragons at 45 then its a big jump to lv59 to start seeing revered dragons and a massive 79 till you can see legendary dragons
all I did was make revered start spawning at lv54 and legendary start spawning at 63 to keep with the old pattern and so you dont need to grind to nearly max level to see them
also if you use deadly dragons or something that edits the dragon leveled lists you will probably need to make a bash patch
installation:just put in your data folder
