Open the "Colored Nails.7z" and choose your color and body mod.
Extract the content of that folder to: Data\Textures\actors\character\female
If you use UNP you can drop in your data files even the mesh folder and overwrite if asked.
This is a texture replacer for females only and it is based on "Dimon99's UNP Body 1d6Pubic2 variant" or "Calientes Female Body Mod Big Bottom Edition -CBBE-".
