This simple mod remove the thane/quests requirement to buy the houses and plot of lands.

This simple mod remove the thane/quests requirement to buy the houses and plot of lands.
However...The price of every house is doubled and plot of lands is tripled.
The price of the improvements remain unchanged.

I am uploading this for a user so there might be some small issues still such as:
-When talking to the steward, the game might still show the original price, but it will only sell for the new price. ie: you will still see Breezehome for sale at 5000 but it will actually cost you the 10 000 to buy it.
