Some NPC Elves have bug about eye.
This is fix it.
-Why happen this bug?
My guess is "nif and dds files are discrepancy between develop and launch"
You can fix it manually if you hope.
Just output face data.
-How to output NPC face data.
Before you start, please retreat these files if you have.
Data\textures\actors\character\character assets\tintmasks
1.Select NPC on object window.
2.Push Ctrl key and F4 key.
3.Follow the dialogue.
When done them, please get back tintmasks files.
