If you guys want the SSE/SE version that was removed I somehow found it on my hard drive. If you want it, I can send a link to you on message or something.
Can you please port this over to SSE? There is a port already, but that mod author insists on another mod as a dependency. Do not trust that author's sticky alleging the dependency is not required. I downloading that port and found out he lied.
Yeah I really wish someone else would take up this work for sse. That mod author seems to simply block whoever points out that problem instead of conversing and explaining why he's using a mod that usually breaks people's npcs with the blackface bug as a dependency for retextured robes.
I once a few years ago managed to avoid the dependency on "Consistent Older People" by playing around with the esp of said SSE mod in TESsnip (an old tool that's long not in use anymore - but which was the only one that allowed me to circumvent that dependency back then).
All I remember is that I commented on that mod's page about how I managed to avoid the "Consistent Older People" dependency - and how I immediately got blocked from all the author's mods (Robes, Bijin etc.). A moot point, since his most interesting mods (incl. Robes and Bijin) have been set to hidden now anyway. Still found that behaviour a bit unsettling since (a) I hadn't shared the adjusted esp anywhere - just offered guidance to the many users that were trying to avoid the "Consistent Older People" dependency, and (b) the author didn't even bother to contact me, but simply blocked me without asking for an explanation, or a request to adjust or delete my comment.
There's a reddit discussion on the mod having been set to hidden in 2019 (obviously was regularly hidden, un- and again re-hidden multiple times over the years):
Alas, the SSE port by Mebantiza is gone. At least I know how to convert things to SSE myself so I can still enjoy these wonderful robes and the diversity of specialized versions :)
