Less intrusive version , there are 2 esp.
Physic Magicka.esp - It affect only short range ,bolt and runes spells. It is better balanced , now enemies can have a impact resistent, when you use short range spells you can need to insist on having impact effect.
Ward shield - Ward spells can be usud as a shield. i reduced a bit mana cost.
Optional file - Only short range spells have impact effect, bolts and runes are vanilla.
I addaed cloak spells with sustain in a optional file and firestorm spell with knockdown effect.
