A simple mod to increase level cap of NPCs affected by the power

I started working on this mod because "Vampire's Seduction" power should have been meant to virtually affect all NPCs, so I tried to create a mod to increase the level cap limit. Now all NPCs fall under the effect of the Vampire's Seduction Power.
Although I did come across some mods on nexus where the vampire's seduction were modified as well, however i only had the max level cap up to level 54, and the power was not strong enough for higher level enemies. So I decided to personally create my own mod, I tested it, and now I thought I would share it.
The mod was a work in progress. However i stopped after i modified the following:
- Vampire's Seduction ( up to level 1000 )
- Vampire's Servant ( up to approx. level 999 )
- Nightingale Strife ( absorbs 200 points of health )
