The followers will level with the player
My first companion I am adding is Vilkas. I made him essential and increased his height to about 6\\\'4\\\" if he were real. Cleaned up his face & gave him a few tweaks. If you have the NPC overhaul mod, it does interfere with this - it will add some other textures to his face.
Farkas added. Also taller, cleaned up & essential. More muscular than Vilkas
I do have \\\"YoungerFacesMergedWithMenByGeonox\\\" installed in my game.
