Design of this shield: The Scorpion is the Zodiac sign of one of the important emperors to the Praetorian Cohors in the Ancient Roman Legion. The original shield of this kind was a hexagon and often used by the equitation (cavalry) mainly in the 1st century.

It is pretty simple and baby kind easy to install this files but I've made this note for you:
First make a copy of the original shields outside your Skyrim textures folder.
Reason: The files with this package will overwrite the existing ones.
Then unzip the files you?ve downloaded and drag and drop the texture files directly to
the
programs/skyrim/data/textures/armor/imperial
folder.
