About this mod

This simple mod provides recipes for you to be able to craft multiple Azura's or Black Stars and convert between them using hopefully vaguely lore friendly methods and components.

Permissions and credits
Craftable Azura's Star

Now available for Skyrim SE Craftable Azura's Star - SE

Known Issues
If you have a number of filled Stars of the same soul type, the enchanting menu "stacks" the stars so you have no choice to select the stack. This has a knock on effect of using all the stars in the stack for one enchant. I know of no way around this so the only work around is to only have 1 star of a particular soul type in your inventory per star at a time when enchanting.

To craft or convert stars, you must first have completed the The Azura's Star questline and also have the Daedric Smithing perk.

Once these have been achieved you will need some materials to craft them.

Azura's Star
1x Daedric Heart
1x Ebony Ingot
2x Quicksilver Ingots
5x Grand Soul Gems

The Black Star
1x Daedric Heart
2x Ebony Ingots
1x Quicksilver Ingot
5x Black Soul Gems

To convert
Azura's Star to Black Star
1x Azura's Star
1x Daedra Heart
1x Ebony Ingot
3x Black Soul Gems (Filled)

Black Star to Azura's Star
1x Black Star
1x Daedra Heart
1x Quicksilver Ingot
3x Grand Souls Gems (Filled)

The Daedra heart and the 3 filled gems are required to overpower the current magic flow of the star to align it for White or Black souls.

The recipe should be available at any smithing station once the requirements are met and will appear under the Misc section. The recipes create the original vanilla items, therefore if you remove this mod later you will still have those crafted Stars in your inventory.
