The follower as shown in the pics above is called Dluz Cra and she can be found in
the Bannered Mare in Whiterun .
She is equiped with elven armor and a elven axe along with elven bow and 25 steel arrows
She is 1 handed lightarmor type and very good archer top level she reaches is 60

Sometimes the proper dialogue wont appear to follow, in that case you open the command list with (~)
And type these commands with this order
1. addfac 5C84D 1
2. Setrelationshiprank "NPC ID HERE" 4
3. Player.setrelationshiprank "NPC ID HERE" 4
