Replaces General Tullius armor with a new one more suited for his station.

Emperors' will, can be obtained from forging, killing tullius or buying Proudspire Manor in Solitude
You need daedric smithing to be able to forge it, then you can find it in the imperial selection at the forge.
Same goes for Emperor's Warth and greatwrath( a onehanded and a twohanded sword)

To install it simply drop the files in your data folder.
