Description:
Salt pile is a very common ingredient for cooking and also useful for alchemy. But compared to food it's really rare and this means you don't cook too often.
So i decide to add a Salt pile vendor called Ionimus, he's located south-west of Whiterun, he has a lot of salt pile and few other stuff.

Il mucchio di sale è un ingrediente molto utilizzato nelle ricette di cucina ed è molto utile anche in alchimia. In rapporto con il cibo che si può trovare il sale è un ingrediente molto raro, in questo modo si finisce per non cucinare molto spesso.
Così ho deciso di aggiungere un mercante di sale di nome Ionimus a sud-ovest di Whiterun, vende molti mucchi di sale e una manciata di altre cose.
Know issue:
Sometimes dialogues won't appear. You can solve this by fast travel to somewhere and travel back to the salt merchant.
