About this mod
Should prevent NPCs from doing magic flash steps to evade your arrows/bolts.
Now with additional option for slower backwards sprinting mages.

I finally got fed up with NPCs acting like ninjas, dodging arrows and bolts magically with hammer-timing aside especially when i am sneaking and they don't even know that there just got an arrow fired at them.
This is nothing grand, this esp just sets the dodge chance to 0.

There's an alternative esp, which will ADDITIONALLY slow backward sprinting mages. Both effects in one esp.

I know this has already been done in SkyTweak, but i don't want SkyTweak only for one setting, pretty sure i'm not alone on this, so that's that.
I did a run from Halted Stream Camp over Silent Moons to Fort Greymoor only with a bow and not one of the Bandits dodged an arrow.
No scripts attached or anything.
Any comments regarding balance or disliking this mod will be considered rude and non-constructive and will be deleted.
