Human Skull = 5 Bone Meal
Troll Skull = 10 Bone Meal
Mammoth Tusk = 5 Powdered Mammoth Tusk
Dragon Bone = 15 Bone Meal
All of these recipes can be found under the Misc. category at any Blacksmith Forge.
