Inspired by Melisandre from Game of Thrones, I bring you Scarlette. She is a Breton, skilled at Destruction Magic. She has mostly fire spells, but also some frost and thunder. She is also marriageable.
She is in the Blue Palace (Solitude) as soon as you enter the door on the left side.
