This simply replaces the Vampire Lord model with the Draman Norokdir from lifestorock's Immersive creatures mod. Comes in 3 skin colors: Normal, Fire, and Frost. Also replaces the Vampire Lord armor mesh with the Draman Hunter armor from the Immersive Creatures mod.

Dawnguard of course.
You don't NEED Immersive Creatures for this to work, but I recommend getting it.
