Story:
After many adventures in skyrim the dovahkiin was fascinated by the beauty of the Rift its forests and wild life so he Decided to settle in a peaceful town and he chose Ivarstead and built the Dovah House there.
The house contains:

Single bed.
Safe.
Shrine of Talos.
Dibella statue.
Lots of food and some containers..chairs ....etc
