About this mod
Requires Hearthfire. So this is a remake of my old Springberry Manor home. Same location as my earlier home. Lots more stuff in this one.
- Requirements
- Permissions and credits
Hearthfire at least, though having Skyrim most up to date is recommended as well. Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions is required if you use Version 1_2 that supports adoptions.
Description:
So this is a remake of my old Springberry Manor home. Same location as my earlier home. Lots more stuff in this one. This version only requires Hearthfire unlike the original mod. Used lots of modder's resources as well.
So this includes:
Plenty of statics (mostly from modder's resources)
Plenty of storage
Two bedroom areas and two beds (with well rested bonus)
A garden and planters that you can plant stuff in
Cooking pot, oven, alchemy lab, arcane enchanter, anvil, tanning tack, grindstone, workbench all inside
Smelter, grain mill, apiary, and wood chopping block outside
Two horses: Cocoa and Moonlight, both essential
Farm animals: 2 chickens, 2 goats, 1 cow
Other animals: a hawk, and a mudcrab in a pond
2 display cases and 4 weapon plaques (no mannequins or bookshelves, sorry but I don't use them)
Working navmesh inside and outside (follower friendly)
Update:
1_1: This is just a minor update. Fixed the chests near the beds from facing the wrong direction. Removed the respawn on the doors. Added in a new roof for the interior to match the exterior better. Did some readjusting of two of the walls. Moved the hanging rack of dead critters to better fit with the new roof. Added in some pieces missing for the exterior to better match and adjusted the roof. Updated the author and description info on the esp, and removed the screenshots folder to cut down on file size.
1_2: Fixed lod for some meshes. Added exterior location data. Added lots of markers in preparation for enabling adoption, children, and spouses, and changing some other settings. Added some other markers for more animations (inside and outside). There are two beds and a chest for the children. Several other markers were added. The planter in between the display cases has been replaced with a dummy for a child to play fight with. The spouse will use the blue adult bed. You will need Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions for the adoption and spouse to correctly work and move here. Use the bless home spell, and remember to read the description for that mod.
1_1.5: I took version 1_1 and edited it. The bed, wardrobes, and dresser on the smithing side of the armor has been removed and the armor stands have been moved there. There are more animal displays as well, and loads of animal "figures" on the thin table. I also added in optimization. There is no child support for this version. It will be added back in another update. The reason I worked off of 1_1 was because I rarely ever adopt so it was just adding unnecessary clutter to my house. There is also optimization of the interior. It should help with performance issues. Fixed the walls position again.
