BUG FIXED VERSION - 1.2
Ivarstead Watch is a basic player home, with smithing area and a dock outside.
It is just off of Ivarstead near Geirmund's Hall.
For those of you that like to collect small player homes, or just enjoy trying new mods, this could be one!
I placed it in Ivarstead because I enjoy working with Skyrims water, I think working along side it is just lovely...
I also thought of those people who really like the Ivarstead village :)
