It adds four spells that allow changing the number of perk points:
one for adding 1 perk point upon use,
one for adding 10 perk points upon use,
one for adding 100 perk points upon use,
and one for reseting perkpoints to 0.
Those spells are automatically added to player's spell book under the Alteration tab.
If they dont show up automatically, then go to the console (~)
and type in: help "perk point" and use PgUp, PgDown keys to find them on the list.
Next type in player.addspell x ( in place of x type in the ID of a spell You want to add)
Mod requires SKSE to work (game stared via skse_loader.exe), whitout it spells will do nothing.
