Changes Solstheim ash storms to a more extreme and red looking version, like in Morrowind.

*This mod is still a work in progress, I would appreciate if people were to test and give criticism on this mod.*
Basically all this mod does is change the default ash storm in Solstheim to an extreme red one, just like in Morrowind (I hope).
I haven't played Morrowind in years, and I have not played Skyrim properly in a long time so again, criticism will help me out (or recommendations)
