If you want to use the house without being guild master, you can either unlock the door with a console, or add the TributeChestKey to yourself via console.

I tried and equipping the mannequin with equipment but when i return to the house he is naked but all the items are in his inventory and i need to take the items into the inventory and re-give them to the mannequin so they would appear, and i checked other mannequins in my game and it seems to be this is the only one with the problem.

I have only encountered that in two of my homes. The mannequin is added the same way I always do.. I wonder if it would help to set the cell as NoResetZone...
Never mind. I found the picture that says Cistern entrance. I can't go into the Cistern yet. Trying to fix the bug where everyone says I'm tresspassing in there. I used player.setcellownership 16bd0 and they have stopped fighting me but they still tell me I don't belong there when I try to talk to them.
Okay, stupid question time: has anyone tested this with ELFX? I'm currently in the process of of updating my game and I'm parallel testing ELFX and RLO to see the results.
PS: Eli, I think this is a pretty nice home, but for some of the details I still prefer the Canal Hideout.
Yep, ELFX works fine with this and all other player homes as they are added interiors and not touched by ELFX. The only time you could have an issue is a modified vanilla player home.
You are correct Woodclaw, ELFX does change all the vanilla interior lighting. However new player homes aren't part of the vanilla game. They are new interior spaces added to the game. So ELFX doesn't touch them. Cheers

Gonna get it because I know from useing Elisdrial, Mielikki and this one that I'm not going to have anything but praise. Love your feng shuai ( I didn't spell that right) lol but, you know what I mean. I've always loved looking at your player homes but never tried them, since up till now I've been content with my Frostfall tent and hunter caches for storage. It's a bit primitive I know. However I thought I deserved a fitting reward now that I am Guild Master and all I can say is WOW! This is fabulous. I love the attention to detail. I know there is no going back now that I have used one of your cosy homes. I've downloaded a further 3 and can see these sitting in my load order for a long time. Many thanks
