*********************************************************************************************
A NEW GAME IS REQUIRE FOR THE LEVELED LISTS TO POPULATE CORRECTLY WHICH SPAWN THE BOOKS IN PLACED LOCATION THROUGHOUT SKYRIM AND TO AVOID ISSUES WITH PERKS FROM OLDER VERSIONS OF THE MOD
*********************************************************************************************
THIS IS NOW A MODDER'S RESOURCE AS WELL AS A STANDARD MOD
Advanced Cooking SSE
PURPOSE: This mod aims to overhaul the poorly implemented cooking mechanic in Skyrim. A level 1 character can, in theory cook a soup that resores health for 1 point per second for 6 minutes. Seems overpowered for a level 1 character. With the new perk system for cooking, that is no longer possible. A character needs to have the 'CHEF PERK' in order to cook such a food. Along with the new perks all of the recipes have been adjusted to require a specific perk learned from a cookbook. From now on unless you have the specified perk the food will not show up in the crafting menu. Cook Pots and Ovens now level the Alchemy Skill.

PERKS: Each Perk requires a specific cookbook to unlock..
BOOKS:
Each Perk has a corresponding book with the recipes.
They appear in the Leveled Lists for books at the following levels
FOOD AND DRINK PREPARATION: LEVEL 1 - Guaranteed spawn outside Embershard Mine
BASIC COOKBOOK: LEVEL 5 - Guaranteed spawn in Meek's Shack
OVEN BAKED GOODS: LEVEL 9 - Guaranteed spawn at Shrine of Talos near Lakeview Manor
ADVANCED COOKBOOK: LEVEL 12 - Guaranteed spawn in abandoned tent east of Dawnstar Sanctuary
CHEF:'S COOKBOOK LEVEL 20 - Guaranteed spawn in Steamgrag Camp where the merchant cart is destroyed
MASTER CHEF'S COOKBOOK LEVEL 40 - Only spawns in the basement bedroom at the Nightgate Inn. It does not appear anywhere else.

MASTER CHEF RECIPES: There are three recipes which require the Master Chef Perk. These are special meals that fortify skills based on Warrior, Mage, and Thief skills. Each meal will give a skill increase of 25% for 600 seconds. They require many ingredients to create.

COMPATIBILITY: Advanced Cooking has been made to be compatible with most other mods. The exceptions being those that change specific LEVELED LISTS. These conflicts can be avoided by making a Bashed Patch. It is not possible to test every mod available for minor conflicts. There will be a Forums tab with a compatibility thread for players. This mod only changes Vanilla Skyrim/Hearthfire/Dragonborn recipes and food. Any mod that adds recipes and food won't have the benefit of the overhaul. If you know a mod that does add recipes/food leave a comment in the Compatibility Forum.
REALISTIC NEEDS AND DISEASES users download RND - Universal Compatibility Patch to ensure the new foods will work properly with RND'S food & drink consumption.
Realistic Needs and Diseases 2.0 has built-in support for modded food. No patch needed.
iNeed - Food Water and Sleep users download the optional patch to allow iNeed to automatically detect the new food items.
Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul will be getting a patch at some point.
RECOMMENDED MODS: Ovens and Churns of Skyrim adds ovens throughout Skyrim
[ur;=https://rd.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/83541] Baking Skyrim - Ovens in Inns[/url] adds ovens in Inns and has a patch for Dragonborn DLC
UNINSTALLING: NOT RECOMMEND AS THIS MOD USES PERKS. YOU WOULD NEED TO USE A PERK RESET MOD TO REGAIN THOSE LOST PERKS IF UNINSTALLED. AS WITH ANY MOD IT IS WISE TO HAVE A BACKUP COPY OF A SAVE BEFORE INSTALLING IT AND NOT RECOMMENDED TO UNINSTALL A MOD ALREADY IN USE ON A SAVE FILE.
SPECIAL THANKS: THANKS THE BETHESDA FOR DEVELOPING SKYRIM AND THE CREATION KIT. BOTH OF WHICH THIS MOD AND MORE SPECIFICALLY THIS MODDING COMMUNITY WOULD NOT EXIST. ALSO THANKS TO THE MODDING COMMUNITY IN GENERAL. SKYRIM IS OVER 3 YEARS OLD NOW AND IT STILL IS AMAZING WHAT PEOPLE ARE CREATING FOR THE GAME.
THE FIRST RULE OF COOKING CLUB IS: NEVER TALK ABOUT COOKING CLUB.
Thanks,
Corpsehatch
