Intro
This mod adds new cloak and cape to the game.
To acquire them use console ~ tipe "help dragon" then find in the list "Dragon Cape and Dragon Cloak" and tipe "player.additem xxxxxx 1" ("xxxxxx" these is where numbers will be shown),("1" is amount of items you want to add).
The mod have two wariants -
1.With runes
2.Without runes
Cape dont work on bests races,actually its easly fixable but i am just to lazy.

I made this mod for my self but now i fell like to share it.
This mod is undone and kinda baggy the model of cloak is unfinished.The model was inspired by Wasbunny Ritual Armor of Boethiah mod (the shroud especially).
Its like i always feel dat game lack some REAL cloak that will fitt my archmage character (the archmage robe from college of winterhold is pathetic its like someone took basic robe then make hole in carpet and put its through the head and viola i am an archmage!).And the game dont realy have good robes for meges at all.
