This is s small mod which allows players to turn into the hyper-intelligent Supervillian Gorilla Grodd, you can become Gorilla Grodd by finding the spell tome in the Hall of the Dead in Whiterun (on the table in the room on the left). Before you become the Gorilla you will have needed to have completed the companions quest were you obtain 'beast form' otherwise you will not be able to transform back. To transform back you need to either press 't' to wait or the other way is just to wait for the spell to eventually run out.
