The patch modifies key mapping with better controlling support for a gamepad.
This is an attempt to create a patch which is able to working properly with both a keyboard and gamepad.
Installation notes for this version (VERY IMPORTANT, if you're upgrading from "2 Buttons" version):
Read about controls on original mod page. This patch does absolutely same things.
Shortly:
Flying: "Forward" + "Jump" OR "Forward" + "Jump" + "Jump"
Taking off in the sky: "Forward" + "Sprint" (hold as long as you wish)
Cruising/Gliding: Mostly automatically OR press "Forward" + "Sprint"
Landing: "Forward" + "Sneak" (hold as long as you wish)
Falling down:
Q. What the difference between versions?
A. Auto-falling support for a gamepad is implemented in the "Compromise" version.
The price for that is a little bit more scripting. Not intensive, don't warry.
And probably you will feel a small delay before PC is starting falling down.

About "3 buttons" version
This is an attempt to create a patch which is able to working properly with both a keyboard and gamepad.
Installation notes for this version (VERY IMPORTANT, if you're upgrading from "2 Buttons" version):
- Remove old version and patches. No need to save/load in the game, just remove ALL files related to this mod.
- Install Real Flying mod version 1.00 (main file)
- Install Real Flying - No Fall Damage if you wish not to die very often (optional file on the original mode page)
- Install Real Flying Gamepad 3 Buttons in downloads section of this mod (you have not need updated scripts version 1.10, it's included)
- Install any customizations for wings
