The god Akatosh has sent help to the Dragonborn in the fight against his first born, Alduin

Permissions and credits
Since time immemorial, the dragon god Akatosh has been a friend of man and mer. With the creation of the Amulet of Kings, he sealed a pact with Alessia to always protect Nirn and it's people. When his evil first born son, Alduin, was trapped in time, Akatosh thought all would be well for the people of NIrn once again. But now Alduin has escaped his prison. Appalled at the destruction being caused to the land, Akatosh took action. No longer would he watch as his son destroyed what he had given his word to protect. He created a spell that would summon a dragon, not any dragon but a copy of Alduin himself. Not wanting to have the spell fall into the hands of anyone but a true Dragonborn, who he was sure was the only one who could be trusted enough to use it to save Nirn, he entrusted it to the Greybeards until such time as a Dragonborn should come along and claim it. Lying by the dragon god's altar in the main hall of High Hrothgar, the book waits for a Dragonborn to find and use it to protect the land from Alduin!

The spell lasts 3 minutes, lots of time for magicka to regenerate
