The reason given by the author is: hey SKYRIM Fam... the custom-voiced acting for Levels II & III of this Quest-MOD is taking longer than we expected, so as to not disappoint those who've already gotten a taste of it thru Level I & are eagerly awaiting the "meat" of it all by having to wait too long, we're gonna make this MOD "hidden" for a coupla weeks till the custom-voiced stuff is complete, then release it anew in it's completion (all 3 INITIATE Levels) with guided mini-Quests within it's MAIN QUEST to tie all 3 Levels together nicely...
