OBLIVION'S WILL
Do you tired of failing slitting someones throat in one hit? Want a strong dagger always at your disposal? Wanna go for a stealth-only playthrough? Then this dagger is for you. Oblivion's Will is an unique dagger powered by daedric princes to sap someones soul directly and killing them instantly(20000x sneak damage+previous perks which multiplies that damage by 5) by that way when you attack while sneaking.
Also it has a chance to instant killing in combat.
When you take its perk from sneak tree it adds dagger's summoning spell to your magic list. Taking that perk is an expensive one. It requires 100 sneak, 50 conjuration, Assassin's Blade and Soul Stealer perks (you need AT LEAST level 15-16 for taking it by the way and you ll miss every weapon, armor etc. perks if you want it early)
WARNING!!!!: If you find a bug use that bugs section. Also i need feedback so i can improve it(adding more requirements for perk or nerfing its combat capabilities). So you can tell me for example "OMGITSOPNERFNERF"
