(First, I'm a starter. So comments that teach me something would be very useful) You can buy these gauntlets in the Riverwoodtrader. If you equip the gauntlets, you will get a bound weapon in your hand. There is no charge and there is no duration. It last as long as you have equiped the gauntlets.

I'm still busy with equiping two bound swords, but this failes every time I try :).
There are also some problems with the item itself. It's image isn't visible when you buy it. Also if you have my "Ring Of The True Werewolf" mod, the ring is replaced.(Just install one of the two mods)
