I modified some fixes to be more of what I wanted.

Replaced rock(XX0572f1) with another to avoid disabling(deleting) references.

Floating rock(XX042032), I covered with another rock so no alterations to the landscape was made
No collision on rock(XX0572f1), I replaced it with a standard rock and then surrounded the entrance with several other rocks and I think it looks better but its not a very efficient way of doing things.
I moved several markers near rock(XX0572f1) as NPCs would spawn and get stuck.
Floating moss(XX088ac7, xx088ac8), was moved to nearby tree
Moss(XX05610d) was blocking the entrance so I shrunk duplicated it so that the object was on both sides of the door to maintain the effect.
Replanted several plants(xx130bb7 -> xx130bc0) because they were floating pretty high in the sky
Rock(XX091f89) is sticking out of the ground and was covered up my another rock so no landscape changes were made.
There isnt really much to say other then as I walked around skyrim I noticed various things in Skyrim Landscape Overhaul that I either didn't like or found to be broken in some way. Not all the issues I fix are from a small oversight in the mainfile, there are several thing that can be caused by other mods such as SFO. One of the issues that may be observed from using SFO and SLO is floating trees.
I'll continue to fix things as they bug me. If you find something let me know and I'll probably take a peek. Info required for bug report:

I would prefer that you load this plugin directly after betterskyrim.esp I'll try to keep up on some sort of changelog as I go I hate having unnecessary patch files that can be easily be integrated into the main file but I dont have that sort of access, sorry. :/
