Modified XML files for Patchus Maximus to allow it to patch the Resplendent Armor and Weapons and their varients to be patched for PerMa users makes the equipment on par with default ebony gear
Works with Resplendent armor v1.3 and PerMa 1.7
You will require:

Installation-
BACK UP THE XML FILES BEFORE DOWNLOADING THIS MOD IF YOUVE MADE AN PERSONAL EDITS
IF NO PERSONAL EDITS WERE MADE BACKUPS CAN ALREADY BE FOUND IN {Data\SkyProc Patchers\T3nd0_PatchusMaximus\PMxml\bak}
Extract the downloaded 7z file
Place the extracted files in \Skyrim\Data\SkyProc Patchers\T3nd0_PatchusMaximus\PMxml
Then run the patcher(may have to use the "force patch on exit" option)
or
Download with NMM
Then run the patcher(may have to use the "force patch on exit" option)
For manual XML editing instruction are included in a readme file
