adds buyable Black soulgems at whiterun\'s general store and alchemical ingredients to arcadia cauldron version 2 adds more items to General store alchemical ingredients have been placed at windhelm white phial instead I couldnt find arcadias vendor chest so every cupboard in game had the ingredients this is fixed on JmB merchant improved 2
