You will be able to craft arrows at the forge in 2 different stacks 25 and 50.
The arrows are under the Misc tab when u are at the forge !

Installation:
Drop the file in your Data folder and then activate it in the launcher under Data files.
ex: D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data
Uninstall:
Delete the file.
