Tired of using a bow from 500 feet away and having bandits know exactly where you are? This mod sets the tag of arrows sound levels to silent instead of normal. This tends to cause enemies to look where an arrow strikes instead of where it fired from. If an enemy is hit they will likely still look for you, or at least where the arrow felt like it came from.
