Very small playerhome south of the Solitude Dock in the swamp.

Swamp Dwelling is a small playerhome on the edge of the swamp, south of the Solitude Dock. Some of the clutter in the house indicates that the home was meant for somewhat of a shadier character. Swamp Dwelling contains several safe storages, 5 plantable soils, a weapon plaque, cooking pot, alchemy table, arcane enchanter, a Shrine of Kynareth, a bedroll for a follower and a (there is NO naked script) bathtub. The bed has playerbed ownership, so followers can't sleep in it. The home is navmeshed and the clutters are static. There are some invisible markers for the followers to sandbox.
Requires: Skyrim, Dragonborn DLC and Hearthfire DLC.
