Last Release. (THIS MOD REPLACES 281 NPCs)
I haven't played skyrim in a while and when I started it up it was wonky so I will probably let this game die (for me). This is the last version that I used in my game so it covers both male & female NPCs. There are also a handful of NPCs I created and injected into Tamriel. There are 2 ways to find out who/where they are. Organically or if you are xEdit savy you can look it up.
If there are any issues I may not be around to address them so be warned. I'm still leaving the previous version available.

I used to focus on the more obscure NPCs that don't have any replacers but I'll gradually replace the NPCs I think need it. Hopefully, this mod will make your encounters with these NPCs a little more enjoyable.
All meshes and textures are self-contained in this mod. You shouldn't need anything else. All weights are vanilla so you shouldn't have to setnpcweight/disable/enable, unless you are using another mod that changes their weight and start using this mod mid-game.Recommended Mods:
