Simple follower mod that adds Pettra(CBBE) and her home outside of Falkreath

After an incident with some necromancers that resulted in the death of her parents, Pettra has spent her life hunting necromancers, demons, Daedra, and the undead. She built a small steading, Falkreath Overlook, thinking a close proximity to one of the largest cemetery's in Skyrim would be useful in keeping an eye on the movements of the undead.

Combat style- Dual wield and archer
Body type- CBBE
Location- Her home, Falkreath Overlook, just outside of Falkreath.
Marriageable
*Note* Her armor(Demon Hunter Armor)doesn't have physics and that's not something I have the ability to do, but the physics works with other replacers/armors I have tested with.

This is my 1st follower mod for LE so if things aren't working properly please let me know. She is built on the vanilla follower framework so she should be compatible with AFT etc. Her home is placed so it is compatible with JK's Skyrim.
