2. This spell won't break any quest, 'resurrect' Essential NPCs via console to have them back again.
3. This is a STEALTH TYPE spell so NPCs don't become hostile towards the player, perfect for SILENT ASSASSINATIONS

SPELL DETAILS :
1. It is a scripted 'fire and forget' spell.
2. Enemies don't detect caster as the culprit so can be used for stealth attacks.
3. It is a ranged spell and can be used on any actor.
4. Equipable by followers and other NPCs.
