About a year ago, I posted my first unfinished attempt at voicing Female Cicero from like 4 years ago on YouTube and the comment have convinced me to do the project in full.
Update! New file!: You can now download the voice replacer for Female Cicero. Female Cicero mod required obviously.

Installation:
Extract, copy the sound folder into your skyrim Data folder.
