Thanks, Hodilton!
Skogarfjell is a relatively large player home in Haafingar, located just east of the Orphan's Tear shipwreck and northwest of Ravenscar Hollow. It is exterior only (no loading screens), and contains a variety of unique item displays, courtesy of General Displays, as well as more generalized storage, along with basic crafting facilities. It's vaguely Viking-themed, with a rough, worn-down vibe.
Skogarfjell comes in two versions, the Collector's Edition and the Family Edition. They were originally one file with a button that you could use to swap between the loft configurations, but the enable markers broke the displays, much to my disappointment, so now you have to pick one. Their features are as follows:
Display for the hold shields
Display for the Divine amulets
Storage
Bookshelves with room for 88 books
1 chest and 1 safe on the upper floor
Vertical weapon racks with storage for 10 weapons
2 wall plaques, which each store 2 weapons and 1 shield
Crafting
Tanning rack
Anvil
Oven
Cooking pot
Beds
1 two-person bed for player and spouse
4 beds for followers
Idle Markers
Plenty; sweeping, eating, drinking, playing instruments, crafting, sitting...

Please note: the Family Edition, despite my best efforts, is not natively compatible with Multiple Hearthfire Adoptions, due to being exterior-only; Hearthfire's adoption and house system requires an interior location. You'll have to use My Home Is Your Home, Nether's Follower Framework, Follower Live Package, or some other mod to put your kids where you want them.
FAQ
Q: Is the house navmeshed? Your other mods aren't...
A: Yep. I learned it, and for your information, it was even more of a horrifying pain in the unmentionables than I thought it would be. You're welcome.
I plan to revisit my city mods to account for the new skill at some point (though I shudder at the thought), but I haven't had much time for Skyrim for a while, so I can't offer a timetable.
Q: Performance hit?
A: Any given exterior-only home is going to have a bigger hit on performance than a home with an interior cell. That said, I've optimized Skogarfjell as best as I can, and combined with its remote location, your rig shouldn't have too much trouble with it. It'll be worst standing at the back of the hall looking south.
Q: SSE?
A: Nope. Not until I make the switch, an event which seems increasingly distant every time I think about it.
That said, you are more than welcome to port it yourself.
Q: Does it need texture mods to look good?
A: Skogarfjell should look okay with most texture setups, including vanilla. Personally, I mostly use Noble Skyrim for the architecture, so that's my recommendation, but it's really down to your own taste.
Q: Does it need an ENB to look good?
A: Skogarfjell looks best with an ENB (I'm using a tweaked Suki's Preset), but pretty much everything does. That said, not all of its candles and fires and such have an associated light source (though most do), so if you can make use of ENB's particle lights feature, I would recommend doing so. The auto-ambient feature can also help with the distinction between inside and outside, though it'll depend on your ENB and weather mod.
