I added the bedroll to Adrianne in Whiterun, so you can buy it there now.
I also changed the weight to 0.5 instead of 5.
I can't figure out how to make it so you get the Well Rested perk, so unfortunately you'll have to be satisfied with just Rested.
I saw there wasn't a portable bedroll mod that didn't require Script Dragon (which I don't use.) So I decided to make one.
You can find the bedroll on the ground behind Warmaiden's in Whiterun, it looks like a wolf pelt.
Activate it while sneaking to turn it into a working bedroll. Activate the bedroll while sneaking and it'll turn back into a pelt and go into your inventory.
