heavy armor perk reflect blows 100%
Reflect Blows is a perk in the Heavy Armor skilltree which provides a 10% chance of reflecting melee damage back to the enemy while you are wearing all Heavy Armor: head, chest, hands, feet. It requires a minimum of 100 points in the Heavy Armor skilltree and the Matching Set perk.

Atronach is a perk in the Alteration skilltree which allows you to absorb 30% of the magicka of any spells that hit you. It requires a minimum of 100 points in the Alteration skilltree and the Expert Alteration perk.
