About this video

It is just a simple ingame test of my player house mod Maple Manor. Dont't know yet if I will release it on nexus. What do you think? I create different kind of mods since years but never a player house. So this is my first one. The idea behind that was that I couldn't descide between my favorites player home mods. So I ended up with mixing parts that I liked into an own version together and still tried to get an own unique and certain lore friendly almost medieval style. Most important was for me to have also a fully compatible version to Legacy of the Dragonborn because I love that mod and especially the functions of the safehouse. But sadly the safehouse was to small for family and followers. In the end I came up then with this house (still not completly finish- you may see for example the stupid light issues and also performance still needs to be increased). It also is multiple adoption compatible, comes with 6 Beds and all with own rooms and with topics (knight, sailor, princess, 2 x nature, astrology) and also in the main house 3 unique guestrooms (6 beds for followers) and also in basement another 2 beds which I probably planning to get used by the guards. It has a few features (only some showed in the video) and the usual stuff (like in bathroom undress, change charcater appearence etc). And like I mentioned before Legacy support by linking all containers and craftstations to Legacy. Also all other special stations are included but may look different from the original. Hidden door also leads into safehouse of Legacy.

So like I mentioned it before I don't know if I will release the house as a custom player house. If so there will be an SSE and Oldrim version. But I have to get a few permissions of the ressources I used first, so it could take a while. Mainly I used next to tons of free ressources also bits and pieces of my favorite player house mods:
