- Northpoint weather support

- All rainy weathers retuned and with new particles (NLVA esp included)
- New variations dawn/ sunrise/sunset/ dusk made by one user of Patrician ENB (Kong, thank you)
- Interior ambient lighting color edited a bit.

All these features will be "officialy" included in the new Patrician ENB.
I mainly provide this file here for those who wish to play Northpoint with good visuals.
