From the video/author's description:

"A created conversation between the Dragonborn, Lucan Valerius and Belethor about establishing a trade route from Riverwood to Whiterun (supplying Iron from the recently cleared Embarshard Mine).

In this universe, I'm tweaking some things - there are changes to the lore of Skyrim to incorporate a ton of mods and functions. Additionally there are going to be re-writes of the established canon.
