Denizens of Morthal - Dialogue and Character Expander has been updated to version 1.3!

Although the original features planned for this update have moved into a new mod of their own (the work-in-progress Denizens of Hjaalmarch), this housekeeping update comes with a revised header with the appropriate version number attached, and repacked BSA files for better compatibility and ease of installation.
