Morskom Estate is the perfect Skyrim player home for Halloween! When you find the home, it's haunted, and people have turned up missing, so you have to vanquish the ghost to get the right to buy the home. Once you buy it, you renovate it or hire workers. The home turns out to be a 10/10 once you renovate! You have a bed for you and your spouse, 6 kids, 6 followers, a stable for your horse, a hot tub and sauna, a ship to travel to Solitude, Windhelm, and out to sea, a scroll station, arcane enchanter and staff enchanter, an alchemy lab, a hearthfire oven, a woodchopping block, plenty of mannequins and weapons racks and plaques, an organ that can play music, a bathroom with a huge bathtub, wash basin and toilet that all give blessings, a change appearance mirror, a library, a secret torture room, a mailbox where you can receive mail and join a book club, activatable fires and lots of customization and clickies for sheets, rugs, banners, and tablecloths.

Basically, it's a 10/10 home without the Halloween costume, but the Halloween theme is a plus for this time of year.
