Mixwater Farmhouse was one of Lierin's first homes, and it's packed with charm. It offers a double bed for your and your spouse, a rug for a follower to sleep, and a bunkhouse with beds for another four followers. On the property, you'll find a couple of different cooking pots, a baking tray, and oven for your cooking needs. You also have a woodchopping block and a full smithing suite, including a mini smelter, anvil, a couple of tanning racks, workbenches, and grindstones, one of which has a custom model. You also have a custom model for your alchemy lab and arcane enchanter, tons of named storage, a shrine of Talos, a couple of dogs, cows, and chickens, an outhouse and a hot tub, and unique displays for some of the game's special items. But my favorite part of the home is the large garden that provides 60 fertile soils for you to plant whatever food or ingredients you'd like, as well as providing additional vegetables, wheat, and apple trees that don't take up any of the soils. If you're roleplaying an alchemist, farmer, or just need a place for some followers to stay, Mixwater Farmhouse could be an ideal home for you!
